Jeg fik digtsamlingen af en nær og fortrolig ven, som selv havde haft stor glæde af den. Hun gav mig den, fordi hun tænkte, at den, som den havde gjort hos hende, slog nogle toner an i mit liv, som ville røre og berøre mig. Det havde hun ret i. Jeg har nu læst den flere gange, og jeg ved, det bliver en digtsamling, jeg kommer til at vende tilbage til. Jeg er slet ikke færdig med den.Jeg er og har i mange år været en del af en litteraturklub, hvor vi er 6 gæve kvinder, der blandt andet deler litteraturoplevelser med hinanden. Samtidig er vi også vidner til hinandens liv. Det er derfor, jeg købte 5 eksemplarer. Jeg glæder mig til at give en til hver af dem som en lille nytårsgave, når vi mødes på mandag. Jeg synes, det er en digtsamling, der sætter vigtige tanker i gang om, hvad vi vil med vores liv , hvad der er vigtigt, og også tanker om, at livet er livet værd, også selv om et levet liv, giver sorger og modgang.
